Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We endeavor to dispatch/process all orders out within 48 hours after payment confirmation. We mail out everyday from Mondays to Saturdays, excluding weekends & public holidays. After your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation email. The time taken for your items to reach you varies on the mode of postage chosen. Gutsy Glam advises all customers to use a postage method that allows tracking of parcels. 


  • Self Collection in our Showroom (FOC)
  • Normal Mail ($1.00)


Parcel takes 2-5 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Delivery during festive period may take up to 7 working days. Parcel tracking is not available via normal mail hence we will not be held liable for any lost mail through normal postage. 
Parcels sent under this mode will be delivered to your mailbox.

  • Registered Mail ($3.70)

Orders delivered via register postage can be track via a tracking number provided by SingPost. Once your order has been delivered, you may login to your account to retrieve your registered parcel number and track your parcel via http://www.singpost.com. In the event of unsuccessful delivery, SingPost will issue a delivery advice slip at through the door with instructions to arrange for a redelivery or self collection at the post office within the time period stipulated.

  • Express Courier ($4.50)

Shipping time is 1-2 working days from Mondays to Friday (excluding eve of Public Holidays & Public Holidays)
. For orders made and paid before 11am, courier will deliver on the same day. Orders after 11am, will be couriered out the next working day. For your security, we advise Registered Mail/Courier as these mode of delivery comes with a tracking number and ensures that your items can be tracked down if they get lost during the mailing process.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds unless the case of a defected item. All items are checked for defects before they are posted out. In rare cases where your item is found with defects, a one for one exchange will be provided for the same product in the same size. Defected items must be notified to us immediately, no longer than 5 working days from date of postage. Please send us a picture and description of the defective area to sales@gutsyglam.com

In the event that the item/s you originally purchased is/are out of stock, a full refund will be processed.

Size Exchange

We do allow size exchange to the same item & same color purchased upon request but is/are subjected to availability and shall be assessed on case-by-case basis. If same color is not available, only then will alternative color of the same item may be selected. All size exchange requests must be made within 5 working days from date of postage via sales@gutsyglam.com.

In the event the size change that you have requested for is out of stock, an exchange for other available items on site of the same value or lower is available. DO NOTE: No refunds/credit will be provided for selection of items that has lower value than the original purchase.

Alternatively, you may also opt for a Credit Note Voucher. Credit vouchers will be valid for 60days upon date of original purchase and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable. Credit note can only be utilized per transaction and any remaining excess amount will not be refunded.

Returns

Items returned must be undamaged, unwashed, unworn or unaltered. Credit note, refunds or exchanges will only be processed upon receiving your returned item.

All shipping cost is non-refundable. Gutsy Glam will only absorb the normal postage for items to be sent back due to defects. For qualified Cash Refunds, it will be credited to the original method of payment. Returned goods are customer’s responsibility until they reached our office, hence we strongly recommend you to opt for a postage service that allows tracking of parcel. Gutsy Glam will not accede to any exchange/refund request should you purchase our merchandise from any third party.

Gutsy Glam reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. Sale items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
